Really a wonderful company!!! They arranged our ride and porter service from Toronto Airport to our hotel. Coming from beautiful Spain, we were not prepared for the cold climate leg through Toronto.

Alexa helped to arrange porter service that wasn’t available last time we came through, as well as a blanket for my elderly relative. Really went above and beyond!

So grateful for all the details they helped navigate on this trip.

Toronto YYZ can be a zoo if you are traveling with accessibility issues, and if you are dealing with the weather aspects, additionally, it can be daunting.

This company is amazing!! I’ve been using them for 2 years, so professional, customer service is outstanding and very accommodating. For example , I always ask for Sai to be my driver, we were coming back from a trip and he was to pick us up as the airport. Well I had an issue at the airport with my luggage and we were delayed quite a while, but Sai waited for us anyway while we were sorting things out. He was amazing, he didn’t have to wait , and he was so helpful and calmed me down on my way home. I highly recommend this company. My drives have always been safe and worry free. Thank you😃

We recently used them for travel to and from the airport. They gave us a free upgrade for pick up and we were WOWed! It was the nicest car service we’ve ever used. They were on time and clean and very professional. The driver Sammy was lovely and intuitive to whether we were chatty on the way there (or exhausted after our trip!)

I really like this company! I’ve used them multiple times now for trips to and from Barrie —> Pearson Airport. Luxury, very clean and comfortable vehicles.
Very good communication by email and text. (Quick responses).
Friendly and professional service. Easy booking process. I now request Sai by name if he’s available. I’ve also had great rides with other drivers!
The prices are competitive (I shopped around online, a lot looking for a reputable company with reasonable rate).
