Reservation and Payment
To confirm all reservations, valid credit card information is required. Services must be prepaid in full via the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking. Please note that drivers do not process payments in the vehicle. A payment receipt will be issued upon processing.

Taxes and Fees

• All rates are subject to a 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST.
• A driver’s gratuity of 15% applies to bookings of Sedan Cars or SUVs, and 20% for Stretch Limousines or Sprinter/Transit Vans.
• A Cross Border Toll Fee of $11 will be applied to/from Buffalo and Detroit Borders.
• An additional charge of $10 will apply for each Infant, Toddler, and Booster Child safety car seat.

• No waiting time charges will be applied for airport pickups. For non-airport pickups, the first 15 minutes of waiting time are complimentary. An additional charge of $15 will apply for each subsequent 15-minute increment of waiting time.
• An additional $85 will be charged for Meet & Greet services

• An ETR administration fee of $2 will apply in addition to any Toll Highway 407 charges, which are billed according to their current rates https://www.407etr.com/en/trip-calculator
• The airport authorities charge additional fees for pickups from Toronto Pearson International Airport: Toronto Pearson Prearranged Pickups
  • Sedan Cars, Mini Vans, and SUVs: $15.00
  • Stretch Limos , Sprinter and Transit Vans (Max. 12 Seats): $27.00
  • Mini-Bus (13 to 25 Seats): $49.00
  • Limo Bus or Coach Bus (26+ up to 40 Passengers): $93.00

Additional Charges
The initial reservation confirmation may not include certain charges incurred during the trip, including but not limited to:

• Extra stops
• Waiting time
• Extra hours of livery service
• Changes in a pickup or destination location
• Toll routes and parking fees

Additional charges for extra stops on the way to your destination will apply as follows:

• Sedan Cars: $15.00 + Tax
• SUVs: $17.00 + Tax
• Sprinter/Transit Van (9 or 14 Passengers): $25.00 + Tax
• Stretch Limousine (9 to 14 Passengers): $50.00 + Tax

Cancellation Policy and Associated Charges

• Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup time or a 50% base fare plus tax will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, 25% base fare plus tax will be charged as a rescheduling fee.
• For Sprinter Vans, Stretch Limousines, and Buses, a non-refundable fee of $50 applies if canceled anytime before 24 hours of the trip time. Cancellations 12 to 24 hours before the trip incur a 50% fare plus tax. No refunds for cancellations within 12 hours of the trip.
• An administration fee of $50 applies to cancellations of reservations booked for more than eight weeks in advance.
• For cancellations made at the scheduled pick-up time, a 100% fare charge plus applicable taxes will be applied as a last-minute cancellation fee.
• A 100% fare charge plus applicable taxes will apply to all no-shows.
• Payment is deducted a day before the trip for all charges, including fare, taxes, gratuity, and airport pickup fees.
• No-shows are charged in full after 30 minutes of due time for non-airport pickups if the client does not show up or contact the chauffeur or customer support.
• The price remains unaffected if the distance or hours are less than originally booked.
• Clients must verify all reservation details in the confirmation email. Once a ride is dispatched according to the reservation, payment is non-reversible and non-refundable.

Credit Card Authorization
Submitting a ride request allows Black Premium Limo to charge the provided payment method for services rendered. You confirm that you are the cardholder or authorized user of the provided credit card. For certain requests, completing a Credit Card Authorization Form may be required. You are liable for the cost of services and fees detailed in email confirmations and these Terms of Service. Unpaid costs are subject to legal action.

Border Crossing
Clients crossing borders must fulfill all border documentation requirements themselves. Black Premium Limo is not responsible for issues arising from Border Service Agency stops related to customers or their belongings.

Service Radius
Hourly bookings must conclude within 5 to 20 kilometers of the pickup location’s municipal area. Hourly bookings ending outside this area require approval and may incur additional fees. Hourly bookings start at the confirmed pick-up time.

Lost and Found Items
Black Premium Limo is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please check for your belongings before leaving. Found items will be delivered (schedule permitting) for a charge or shipped at the customer’s expense.

Alcohol and Illegal Substances
No smoking or use of illegal drugs is permitted inside our vehicles. Any illegal substances that are discovered will result in the immediate termination of the contract without any refund. Clients are responsible for ensuring no alcohol is consumed in the vehicle; any fines or charges due to violations will be charged to the client.

Luggage Capacity
The booking price includes the specified number of luggage pieces. Excess or bulky luggage not stated in the reservation may incur surcharges. Please notify us if a larger vehicle is needed to avoid delays and additional charges.

Vehicle Size
If a larger vehicle is dispatched on the first day due to availability, the original smaller vehicle size booked may be used for the return trip.

Damage and Cleaning Fees
Guests are responsible for any damage, spillage, or cleaning required due to illness inside the vehicle. Fees for professional cleaning and any loss of revenue due to the vehicle being out of service will be charged.

Rates Adjustments
Prices are subject to change without notice due to fuel price surges, weather conditions, or other factors requiring vehicle upgrades for safety.

Food Policy
Consumption of food is discouraged. Clients are liable for cleaning costs and loss of business due to messes from food, beverages, or other substances.

Animal/Pet Policy
Black Premium Limo reserves the right to refuse carriage of animals not agreed upon. Service animals for individuals with disabilities are permitted without extra charge. Damage or cleaning fees due to animals may apply.

Service Delay or Termination
In exceptional situations such as vehicle breakdowns or extreme weather conditions, longer waiting periods or last-minute cancellations may be necessary.

Respectful Behavior
Respectful behavior is mandatory for both employees and clients. Any instances of verbal abuse, physical violence, or damage to the vehicle will result in the immediate termination of service without a refund.
