I had a girls weekend going from Brampton to the Falls, we used Black Premium Limo. We had amazing experience with our driver Sam. Sam went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. He picked us up on time,we were able to play our music. It was a vibe. On our return Sam messaged me to confirm pickup time, and accommodated our earlier pickup time that was required that morning. I would definitely use this car service again. Ask for Sam he is the best. Thanks again Sam for adding some extra fun to our weekend.

Great service starting with the friendly, accommodating and simple booking process. My friends had a train that was too delayed to catch a connection home and Black Premium Limo came through with co ordinating their pick up time to the constantly changing arrival time of the train. Sam, the driver, also took time to call me and provide updates, offering me reassurance that my friends would arrive home safely.

I really like this company! I’ve used them multiple times now for trips to and from Barrie —> Pearson Airport. Luxury, very clean and comfortable vehicles.
Very good communication by email and text. (Quick responses).
Friendly and professional service. Easy booking process. I now request Sai by name if he’s available. I’ve also had great rides with other drivers!
The prices are competitive (I shopped around online, a lot looking for a reputable company with reasonable rate).
This is my first choice when I don’t want to drive myself!
